As part of our experimental project, we also created a different type of a double negative. What we did: we cut two negative photos in half, picked which side of each negative photo we liked the most and stuck them together with a piece of sellotape. The first photo was a tester to find the right exposure time and the bottom photo was the result that came out after exposing it for 12 seconds. I like how the final one turned out because it looks like you have brought together two different worlds into one photo.
The middle photo was experimenting with the developer liquid. I had to find a double negative that someone else had made, expose that negative and use different ways to make the picture appear with the developer. As an example I used a paint brush and brushed the developer on one side of the photo and let the developer drip down. I like using this as an experiment because you can use different objects with the developer and you photo will never turn out to be the same.
